Anyone who accesses this website is assumed to be a lawful user of the website and as such, commits to the observance and fulfillment of the terms of this document as well as to any other legal provision that could be applied.
The service provider reserves the right to modify any kind of information which would appear on the web site without the obligation of warning or informing the users about such modifications, being understood as sufficient with the eventual publication in the provider´s website.
Liability
The provider is exempt from any kind of liability arising from the information published on the website, as long as this information has been manipulated or entered by a third party not belonging to the mentioned site, either negligently or by willful misconduct. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Any question or dispute concerning the present website or the activities carried out on it, shall be referred for determination to the Spanish legislation, to which the parties expressedly submit, and the courts and tribunals of Vizcaya shall be competent to learn and judge from any disputes arising from or concerned with the use of this website.
